Processing purposes

Festivalshop NV collects and processes customer's personal data for customer and order management (including client administration, follow-up of orders / deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency and sending marketing and advertising).

Legal grounds for processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of the points in article 6.1. of the General Data Protection Regulation:
  • the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the party concerned is party or, at the request of the data subject, to take measures before the conclusion of an agreement;
Insofar as the processing of the personal data takes place on the basis of Article 6.1. a) (permission), the customer always has the right to withdraw the consent given.

Cookies

Festivalshop.be uses cookies to keep track of statistics via Google Analytics, among other things. During a visit to our site, 'cookies' may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. Direct marketing
